The staffing requirements for any project will vary over the course of the project and peak at the documentation stage. The initial stages will be short and requiring of management, liaison and conceptual design skills, while the later stages will be more of a technical nature. Philip is the Managing Director and driving force behind The George Group Pty Ltd. The company has a number of related divisions covering the broad spectrum of design including Architecture, Interiors, Planning, Landscape, Graphic/web design. The company is in its 2nd year of establishment and continues to grow rapidly into the spectrum of work. This process culminates years of honing craft as a director and team member of other Architectural practices.

Philip is in demand as an innovative Architectural and Interiors designer and Project manager with an emphasis on ensuring that the process of design and liaison is fully explored for better final outcomes in relating the brief to the delivered project. In addition to new projects, Philip has extensive refurbishment experience. Philip has extensive residential, interior fitout, commercial, institutional, church, community-related and retail design and liaison experience over a large range of project types.

Philip is also in demand as Lend Lease's "Covenant Manager" for their Twin Waters Residential Community on the sunshine Coast. This ongoing work involves managing the intimate Planning requirements for the entire rapidly growing residential community, including streetscapes, landscapes, forms, colours and the like.
